Scöff Art© has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the photos of the original artworks and related products on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that the representation of colors on your computer screen is accurate.
For all items offered in our online store, we offer the delivery service for addresses in Canada and the United States only. For international addresses, i.e. outside North America, we are currently unable to deliver.
Carrier and delivery costs:
We only operate with Canada Post. This company will calculate the costs related to delivery following your payment. Costs vary depending on the delivery address. When the package is processed by Canada Post, you will receive a tracking number at the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Handling and shipping times:
We undertake to ship the order within 1 to 4 working days of confirmation of the order. However, some products are handmade by Scöff Art© and may therefore require longer lead times than usual due to manufacturing. In this case, an email will be sent to promptly to notify you. As soon as the package is processed by the carrier, please allow 1 to 3 business days for Quebec, 2 to 5 business days for the rest of Canada and up to 15 business days for the United States.
The approximate delivery time will be indicated to you by the carrier upon receipt of the tracking number.
Payment and sales tax:
Currently we only have one online payment method: Paypal
A sales tax is levied on items ordered through this website. The sales tax rate that applies to your order depends on the address of the order. When you confirm your order and make a payment, it is not possible to go back, so you will have to wait for the package to make a return request. Scöff Art© reserves the right to refuse any order placed through its online shop.
Return and exchange policy:
Scöff Art© products are not refundable, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or major breakage. If your order contains an anomaly, you have 10 working days to report it and request an exchange or refund. For an exchange, you must send us a copy of your original invoice, the reason for the return, as well as the item you would rather obtain. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Scöff Art© reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange requests, for example, in the following cases: the customer has damaged the product himself, the customer has no proof of purchase, an original work no longer has a certificate of authenticity, the customer has no proof of damage from the carrier. All items purchased at a discount are not exchangeable or refundable. A return postal address will be sent to you with the answer to your exchange/refund request.
